My son was convicted of two counts of death by motor vechicle he was 19 years old when this happen he will be released at the age of 23. The other party was also drinking and driving once he has been released can he join the military. He as enrolled in AA and work in the prison this was his first offense he now 20 years old?

A state representitive is convict of a Felony. Can that state representitive hold a position of managing a public intity?The entity is goverened by an elected board. The board is the hiring pannel.
