Felony Restrictions

Felony Restrictions

Felons are subjected to various forms of restrictions. Our site is designed to give you an overview of these restrictions as well as give you an opportunity to ask your questions about felony restrictions.

Questions are answered by people who want to help out (who have always dealt with a felony themselves). If you know a lot about the restrictions that accompany a felony, please browse this site and contribute information in the comments section.

I would like to apply for a job dealing with retail sales of fireworks. As a felon convicted of Marijuana Cultivation, is there any restriction prohibiting me from doing so? Thank you for your consideration regarding this matter...John Cozza

my mom was convicted 7 years ago, got her rights back, but still believes that if someone has a past felony, she will go to jail. is this true? even if your done with d.o.c, and have nothing to do with it anymore, are you still not allowed to be around someone else who has had a felon charge on there record?
